Shipping Policy

All orders ship from the United Kingdom and are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times below are from dispatch and vary by the method selected at checkout.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

UK Shipping Options

•      Standard Delivery: £1.99 (3–7 business days after dispatch)

•      Express Delivery: £4.99 (2 business days after dispatch)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer.

Delivery

We'll deliver your order within 30 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise. If we can't deliver in that time, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you, or to someone you've nominated, such as a neighbour or safe place.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel your order before it's dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it under our Return Policy.

Lost or incorrect deliveries

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
