This website is operated by Novax Systems Limited, trading as Nova Ceramics, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11266494) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from us as a consumer. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before ordering.
2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or collect data from the site, or to interfere with its security. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
3. Orders and pricing
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it and email you confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where an order appears to be placed by a reseller, or where a product, price or description was shown in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
All orders ship from the United Kingdom. All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and availability may change, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
4. Product information
We aim to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look different on your screen. Each piece is glazed ceramic, so slight variations in colour, glaze and finish are normal and are not defects. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your product.
5. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Details of how to cancel, how to return items and how refunds work are set out in our Return Policy. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
6. Your rights if something is wrong
We are legally required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your product is damaged, faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as explained in our Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, logos and the Nova Ceramics name, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
8. Reviews and submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish it in any media. You confirm that the content is yours, is honest and doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
9. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices.
10. Our responsibility for loss or damage
If we break these Terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We are not liable for any business losses, such as loss of profit, business or opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the "last updated" date shown above.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
