I absolutely loved this mug. It was beautiful, felt really special and I was genuinely so excited to use it. Sadly, on its very first day, I accidentally knocked it over and it broke, much to my devastation! Completely my fault, but still devastating when I’d only just got it. A gorgeous mug that I sadly didn’t get to enjoy for very long!
Absolutely loving my stunning travel mug. Totally elevating my morning commute pour over with no metallic or plastic transfer to spoil the taste. An absolute essential for a black coffee drinker who likes to buy small batch, single origin beans. The colours are lovely and match my kitchen aesthetic beautifully. 100% recommend. The only thing I would say is the silicone picks up the smell of dish washer tablets, so I just hand wash now I know this.
The ceramic cup is nice and substantial and doesn’t topple over it’s also a lovely colour and feels good to hold. I think the lid material could be a little firmer or thicker as I sometimes feel it would come off when drinking but overall I love it

Love it YES but find it very unstable as the bottom is very narrow.

Had a massive problem with the Delivery driver at Evri, however, when I contacted Nova Ceramics they couldn't be more helpful. A new order was sent out with DPD and my order arrived today. The mugs are absolutely stunning. To be fair the photos do not do them justice. Can't wait to use them!
Perfect cup for a day of relaxing
I use this cup in the house and out and about. I love drinking from it and it’s nice and tall for larger drinks, helps me keep hydrated. Will be buying one for a friend, for sure as a present.

I absolutely LOVE this porcelain cup! 🤍 Stylish, practical and the perfect size for my coffee and matcha. I went for the smaller size and I’m obsessed! ☕️🍵 I’d love the option to choose the lid colour too — imagine these coming in a gorgeous variety of colours! 🌈 I love making my own takeaway drinks in this cup, and honestly, they taste SO much better than when they’re in stainless steel. There’s just something about drinking coffee or matcha from porcelain! ✨ Would you choose a coloured lid? 💕
I know they are hand made, but this is completely missing the different colours from the top down, it's just one blue colour. The grip supplied covers the majority of the design so you can't see it, and doesn't fit properly. It's clearly designed for a cup that flares, this cup is straight so it gapes.

I love this travel cup. Its beautiful and comfortable to hold. Easy to clean and the lid stays on really well. Perfect for my Wednesday morning traditions of a visit to the local bakeshop for coffee 👌🏻
Ordered lagoon cup as I loved all the different shades and lines in the one pictured as it really did make me think of lovely ripply water. The one I received was very different - still pretty but just plain block of colour. However, I raised this with them and they handled it superbly - offered me a replacement or something different. I chose a different design (nebula) which came and is beautiful. I did really want the lagoon one but as they are all individually made they are all unique and no guarantee I would get replacement with the differing shades I was hoping for. Initial disappointment but great customer service turned the situation around
The cup itself is great, well made and a good size for a coffee in the car or on the go. The base is more pink than what the pictures appear where it looks more red, so that was a little disappointing but not enough to return

The quality is fantastic, but I was a little disappointed when it arrived because the design doesn't match the product photos very closely. The glaze effect is much less pronounced than advertised. It's still a nice cup, but I expected it to look more like the image shown online.

Love it! It’s just the right size for my coffee, and looks and feels so nice. Will definitely buy again as gifts for others. Came with a silicone grip and lid too!!
I love my Nova Monsoon. I have a sensitive palette which means when plastic or metal is washed , I can still taste the cleaning product. That's what makes Novas mugs so perfect. Hand washed or dishwasher, the only taste I get is my tea. I have also put water and ice cubes in it too. Why did You not give it 5 stars? It deserves 5. I know each cup is individual. I was hoping mine would have the Drippy standing stone effect. That's why I chose Monsoon. So the 4 💫💫💫💫is purely appearance. Nova products 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant product. Allow the drips please.

It’s a good size for a flat white or a small cappuccino. It washes well in the dishwasher. I prefer the taste of the coffee in this compared to my old metal one. It looks so pretty out and about. Really happy with it!
