We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

I bought this not knowing when you purchase a cup it comes with both lid and insulator .
I needed a replacement lid. Its a bit expensive for a lid but at least they do them and it was quick.
Like have extras of black and white to mix things up :)
I still don't have my cups to use it on so very hard to tell how they are.

Great mugs with lid and grip sleeve. I bought 2 extra sets, not realizing they are shipped with a set so spent a little more than I needed to initially but I received different colors so the variety is nice.
I was unaware that the sleeve and cap were included in the purchase. I wish there was an option for which color to choose. Otherwise it was a good purchase.
