I thought they would be more interesting than just plain blue & white. Two mugs exactly the same? Doesn’t seem to be unique to me. Very disappointed. An expensive mistake 😢
Stunning cup. A joy to drink out of!
Ordered lagoon cup as I loved all the different shades and lines in the one pictured as it really did make me think of lovely ripply water. The one I received was very different - still pretty but just plain block of colour. However, I raised this with them and they handled it superbly - offered me a replacement or something different. I chose a different design (nebula) which came and is beautiful. I did really want the lagoon one but as they are all individually made they are all unique and no guarantee I would get replacement with the differing shades I was hoping for. Initial disappointment but great customer service turned the situation around
Love the feel and brilliant color !!!! Feel great in my hand.
The quality of the item is very nice and feels well made. However, the color and look does not match the image shown online for the lagoon cup, which was disappointing!
The quality of the cup is great it just doesn’t look how I expected. I ordered the lagoon because of the color variation. My wife LOVES the beach and the cup in the picture looks exactly how I would expect the waves at the beach to look. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and the cup we received just looks half blue and half tan. Not what I expected at all. I understand they’re hand made and expected it to not be identical but it’s very different.
I bought this mug for my wife. She loves it! I got the 12 oz and she’s under the impression she needs the larger one. So, I guess I’ll be a repeat customer, which I’ll gladly do. The mug gets HOT, so the silicone wrap is great to keep your hands from getting too hot. Overall, love the mug and her response to it.
You sent me Monsoon, NOT LAGOON that I ordered. Very upset about it. The product as a whole is a 10, but not if it isn't what you ordered.
It’s a Christmas gift that I haven’t given yet. I’m sure it’ll be top notch.
I ordered the lagoon cup (white and teal) and I received a monsoon (black and blue). When I notified Nova they asked for a picture which I sent, after several days I have at least 6 marketing emails but no response to my email
Reminds me of the beach! I love its simply design but really classy and stunning 😍
Love my new mug. Wish I would’ve gotten the larger size, though but will be ordering when the one I want is back in stock!!
I love my ceramic cup because my stainless steel ones are getting gross and the silicone lid with the ceramic cup is great and stays clean.
Love drinking out of my ceramic travel mug. No more metal taste and just the right size.
It’s literally perfect- will be buying more once a few more colors come into stock!! 🤗🤗🤗
These are absolutely beautiful and I love both of them! My daughter is so jealous and ordered her own ♥️
I love it! The Lagoon is the mug I didn’t even know I needed! I’ll soon be adding a second piece and can’t wait to call it a collection!
I never received the order. The shipping tracking says they never got my order. How about you figure that out before you start asking me for a review.
Love my cups! Fits so good in my hands! Love it!
IN LOVE W THESE CUPS! They are so so amazing plus they’re great quality! I use them every day!
Nothing like good quality coffee in a beautiful mug! Looked just like it does online. I thought it would be bigger, then discovered there were 2 sizes but the 12iz is perfect for a reg. Cup of coffee. It still gets pretty hot if put in the microwave with sleeve so I wouldn’t heat up past 30 seconds. Would love to have this exact design but with a handle for everyday use. Highly recommend and I will probably get a larger mug soon as this one is a big short for my car cup holder.
My cup looks nothing like the photos. Would like someone to reach out to see what can be done. Thank you.
I love having the perfect cup to make my coffee special. These cups are great. It’s the 3rd one I’ve gotten. They make a wonderful gift!
Love this cup so much, I ordered another. It keeps my drinks warm a long time.
I love the shape. Coffee tastes better in ceramic. I would love a 12oz cup.
I love the cups, this was my 3rd in the 12oz size (I thought this was going to be a bigger size...but I still like it). The quality is great and i love the glaze colors. I'm patiently waiting for a bigger 16oz or 20oz size!
My favorite coffee travel cup
The Lagoon Cup is truly a work of art. Its exquisite light blue glaze over sandy-colored clay gives it a serene and elegant appearance. Being handmade, each cup has its own unique character, adding to its charm. However, while the aesthetics are stunning, I found that the craftsmanship could be improved to ensure a more durable product. Overall, it’s a beautiful piece that adds a touch of sophistication to any table setting #gifted by @nova_ceramics_
Smooth feel, tight seal lid, beautiful art!
Really nicely made, just the right size, and hot drinks taste much nicer than in other metal-based travel mugs. The sleeve fits on really well & still looks stylish. Thank you 🙏
Really lovely cup, not too wide so easy to hold and beautiful. My only quib is that there wasn't a great distribution of colour contrary to the photo but my husband likes it so not a problem.
I think the rim on them could be a bit thinner but I love it.
Love the colour but not too keen on the non glazed area. The lip isn’t as smooth as I like.
Was hoping the blue would go further down the cup.
Lovely

What a beautiful cup, my cups of tea and coffees are now a much nicer experience. Lots of comments too. Thank you!
