We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Stunning cup. A joy to drink out of!
Ordered lagoon cup as I loved all the different shades and lines in the one pictured as it really did make me think of lovely ripply water. The one I received was very different - still pretty but just plain block of colour. However, I raised this with them and they handled it superbly - offered me a replacement or something different. I chose a different design (nebula) which came and is beautiful. I did really want the lagoon one but as they are all individually made they are all unique and no guarantee I would get replacement with the differing shades I was hoping for. Initial disappointment but great customer service turned the situation around

The quality of the item is very nice and feels well made. However, the color and look does not match the image shown online for the lagoon cup, which was disappointing!
The quality of the cup is great it just doesn’t look how I expected. I ordered the lagoon because of the color variation. My wife LOVES the beach and the cup in the picture looks exactly how I would expect the waves at the beach to look. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and the cup we received just looks half blue and half tan. Not what I expected at all. I understand they’re hand made and expected it to not be identical but it’s very different.
I bought this mug for my wife. She loves it! I got the 12 oz and she’s under the impression she needs the larger one. So, I guess I’ll be a repeat customer, which I’ll gladly do. The mug gets HOT, so the silicone wrap is great to keep your hands from getting too hot. Overall, love the mug and her response to it.
You sent me Monsoon, NOT LAGOON that I ordered. Very upset about it. The product as a whole is a 10, but not if it isn't what you ordered.

I ordered the lagoon cup (white and teal) and I received a monsoon (black and blue). When I notified Nova they asked for a picture which I sent, after several days I have at least 6 marketing emails but no response to my email

Nothing like good quality coffee in a beautiful mug! Looked just like it does online. I thought it would be bigger, then discovered there were 2 sizes but the 12iz is perfect for a reg. Cup of coffee. It still gets pretty hot if put in the microwave with sleeve so I wouldn’t heat up past 30 seconds. Would love to have this exact design but with a handle for everyday use. Highly recommend and I will probably get a larger mug soon as this one is a big short for my car cup holder.

The Lagoon Cup is truly a work of art. Its exquisite light blue glaze over sandy-colored clay gives it a serene and elegant appearance. Really lovely cup, not too wide so easy to hold and beautiful. My only quib is that there wasn't a great distribution of colour contrary to the photo but my husband likes it so not a problem.
I think the rim on them could be a bit thinner but I love it.
