Delivery

We'll deliver your order within 30 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise. If we can't deliver in that time, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you, or to someone you've nominated, such as a neighbour or safe place.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel your order before it's dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it under our Return Policy.

Lost or incorrect deliveries

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

You also have a legal right to cancel any order, including sale items, within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@novaceramics.co with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Return shipping is free.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You won't need to return the damaged item unless we ask. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards can't be returned. Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or at any time if they're damaged or defective.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund your original standard delivery charge. Items returned used or damaged may receive a partial refund to reflect the loss in value.
