I absolutely loved this mug. It was beautiful, felt really special and I was genuinely so excited to use it. Sadly, on its very first day, I accidentally knocked it over and it broke, much to my devastation! Completely my fault, but still devastating when I’d only just got it. A gorgeous mug that I sadly didn’t get to enjoy for very long!
Just perfect size, love the colours I have picked.
Take it to work with me too.
I was bit nervous at first to use silicone top (and still prefer cup without it) but it is great for travelling.
Absolutely Love it!
Cup is gorgeous!
Whenever I’m getting cafe in central London they asking me …
Always complement how amazing is this cup and they asking me where can get it for themselves! The best spend money ever! Thank you
I know they are hand made, but this is completely missing the different colours from the top down, it's just one blue colour. The grip supplied covers the majority of the design so you can't see it, and doesn't fit properly. It's clearly designed for a cup that flares, this cup is straight so it gapes.
I love my Nova Monsoon.
I have a sensitive palette which means when plastic or metal is washed , I can still taste the cleaning product.
That's what makes Novas mugs so perfect.
Hand washed or dishwasher, the only taste I get is my tea.
I have also put water and ice cubes in it too.
Why did You not give it 5 stars? It deserves 5.
I know each cup is individual.
I was hoping mine would have the Drippy standing stone effect.
That's why I chose Monsoon.
So the 4 💫💫💫💫is purely appearance.

Brilliant product.
Allow the drips please.
Loved it in the 12oz but I prefer the 16oz. Had to get the other colors in the 16oz before I duplicated.
Monsoon is my favorite and now I have it in both sizes. LOVE these mugs!
It took a bit to get, but the wait was worth it. The travel cup is well made and very, VERY beautiful! I love the patterning (Nessie enjoyed it too!) :-)
This is the mug that you reach for to make your morning coffee experience even better! It’s a work of art! Made by human hands! Talented and thoughtful hands I’m sure!!! It brings joy to the owner! Bought more for gifting and they were as happy as me to receive them.
Beautiful! Love the texture on this mug. My wife loved this gift. Would definitely buy more based on design and what seems to be a mug that will last a very long time!
I love my ceramic mug. It’s the perfect size for my coffee and creamer (I got the larger one) and I can take it from my busy morning with the kids right to the car for drop off and it fits perfectly in my cup holder. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I hated most To go cups because I don’t like drinking my coffee from those stainless steel cups. It’s also beautiful and has that handmade touch to it. Totally worth getting one.
My daughter LOVES her mug! The moody, dark color suits her entirely and she is insisting that she picked this out a few years ago and I just now got it for her! 😆 😂 It is truly beautiful and feels wonderful in your hand!
I gifted your monsoon cup to my daughter in law for Christmas. A new favorite for her. She has seen it advertised and had it on her Christmas list! Love the silicone lid and cup band. The glaze is gorgeous!
I ordered a 16 oz in black and purple and got a 12 oz in blue. I have reached out multiple times to try and return or exchange and have yet to hear from anyone. I’m not impressed.
Ordered a 16oz cup, the monsoon is believe and I got a completely different cup, which i am enough of a placemat to have just kept it but it was a 12oz cup.
Cup looks awesome, thought it was going to be a little bigger. Forgot to see what a 16oz cup size looks like. Still happy with the purchase and will continue to use it.
I’m OBSESSED with this cup I replaced my old coffee cup at work with this one and I absolutely love it perfect size and keeps coffee hot!!! Must have another one!!
Beautiful and good quality. I use it every day for my coffee. My husband uses his for iced lattes and I do hot coffee. Perfect for both. Love that it’s microwave and dish washer safe. And it’s BEAUTIFUL.
It's a great mug and works well with my tea infuser. Fits the hand well and keeps the drink warm for at least 30 min. It's functional and did I mention gorgeous! Great workmanship🥰🥰
I use my gorgeous mug everyday!! I can’t wait to purchase other colors!! It came through the mail perfectly! Thank you so much for my mug that fits my lifestyle and is beautiful to look at!!!
Absolutely beautiful mug that feels great in your hands. Didn’t realize what I was missing. It just makes my morning coffee a travel ready joy. Got one for me and my bestie who had to go back into the office and hates not having morning coffee in a real mug. She’s going to love this.
