The ceramic cup is nice and substantial and doesn’t topple over it’s also a lovely colour and feels good to hold. I think the lid material could be a little firmer or thicker as I sometimes feel it would come off when drinking but overall I love it
I love my new mug! Quick delivery and it’s is so beautiful! I have put it in the dishwasher and is perfect to use in school.
The colors were beautiful and makes drinking coffee even more enjoyable!
Love my lagoon cup! I use it everyday for my morning coffee commuting to work. I love the color too!
I love the cup but it is chipped so that is unfortunate.
I’m very happy
Love the way the cup feels in my hand. It does get pretty warm but the collar helps.
Bought mug as gift for my wife from our sons. Received a broken mug and have not received a reply from customer service. Mugs are packaged tightly in a cardboard box with thin bubble wrap as well as a very thin bubble wrap shipping bag that barely fit the box. Very disappointed.
Perfect cup of warm coffee in my workshop!
Love it! It’s a larger size and is great for the car.
I’m loving my new Nova cup. I rarely need the sleeve and don’t use the lid except when I’m in the car briefly. The lid smelled strongly of silicone at first but I think that is dissipating. I’d love to get another one but need an excuse ☺️.
I loved this mug!! It was my favorite go to mug ever since I purchased it. Unfortunately, I accidentally hit it on the counter when emptying the dishwasher and it didn’t survive! I’m so bummed but loved it while it lasted. ❤️
I just received my cup and pulled it out of the box and it was broken. It was not packed well.
I use it everyday. It’s my new go to cup for work and home.
I love my new tumbler. The color is beautiful and it keeps my coffee hot. I like that it is microwaveable!
Omg! My mug arrived and I haven’t skipped a single day of using it! It’s perfect, it’s beautiful and it’s mine!!!! It goes in the car, my bag, everywhere.
Cup is perfect!
Beautiful. It’s doesn’t have nooks like other travel mugs so it cleans really well between uses.
Nice ceramic mug. Pretty colours. Not too heavy. Like the insulation sleeve.
Sorry but it’s not for me .. coffee cold ina few mins so it’s not an expensive vase
Nice mug I use at work, far better than using the disposable ones they provide
I love the cup to look at but disappointed that using a tea spoon to stir a hot drink marks the inside so easily.
Nice cup
Nice big solid handleless mug, great to drink out of and the cup sleeve and lid are a bonus
