We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

Love the styles, I have three different patterns. Nice grip to hold the cup and great heat retention. In the pic I have ginger chai tea. I really believe the ceramic gives it a better flavor vs. the metal containers.

Cup is pretty and good quality of ceramics, but silicone lid is useless. It spills plus now looks stained after a week of use, doesn’t look appealing anymore. Keep in mind! Your coffee will be cold very soon and forget about taking with you to run errands because it will spill everywhere (as I said lid is useless). Will I buy it again?! Absolutely Not! And I think it’s overpriced for just being a cute cup for home use.

I was a bit disappointed about the colour as it’s quite pale in comparison to the photo, which is much more vibrant and what I would have preferred. It also gets really rather hot, even with the rubber cover, which sort of defeats the object of having a nice cup as it largely covers the pattern. So slightly underwhelmed

Lovely cup and a nice size
I do love it. I love the colour and the size and feel of it. Its the first ceramic coffee mug I've found and coffee undoubtedly tastes 100% better in a mug rather than a plastic beaker. I'd buy at least one more if not several but they are expensive. It is after all just a mug. Without a handle.
