We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. I was hoping to use this as a mug for tea. My plastic cups I can put in the microwave but this ceramic cup gets far too hot. So just like with a metal cup, I have to heat the water in a kettle or in a microwave safe cup and then transfer to the nova mug. It is very pretty but does not have the function I would like

It's great. Love the color and it is the perfect size
The lid does very little to prevent sloshing and spilling with walking or car movement. The inside of my cip was speckled with black flecks. No refund or replacement has been offered, and the company is aware of the problem, has been email photos, and acknowledged that that is atypical.
This one I kept for myself also and I do love it. It is really pretty love the colors.
Glaze had bubbles and crack that were not supposed to be part of the design.
I love the cup. It is beautiful, and I am sure that I will buy some of the more exotic colored ones in the future. The sleeve edition is great because obviously the cup does get very hot with coffee, tea, etc. However, I have had several experiences now with the lid that came with the cup leaks severely so now I am only able to use it for home use and not travel use which is sad because it’s a really cool cup.

I love my nova ceramic 16 oz cup. It keeps my water cool and my coffee warm longer. It is easy to wash. I was worried that the silicone cover and cup sleeve would be thin and cheap. However, they are sturdy and fit my cup perfectly. I definitely will be ordering again. Thank you for a great product.
