We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I really like my cup. It keeps my coffee hot longer than a typical ceramic cup. Fits nicely in my hand and feels secure with the silicone sleeve. I like the silicone lid too. Doesn’t leak except through the hole where it’s supposed to. I sort of wish I had gotten the next size up, but I’m very happy with my purchase

I was really looking forward to purple! Being that it was the seeping point for me in the pictures and description. Unfortunately, after my second order of the cup, it was even worse. By that I mean all orange w the smallest band of purple. I understand all cups are different, which is great! But not having the colors described is unfortunate. LOVE my other cups though:)

Love this little mug! I use it for tea, coffee, even wine 🍷 It’s a great size for me. I’m so grateful it came with the rubber holder for hot beverages, and rubber sipper top helps a lot when I’m on the go. Next time I’ll get a more vibrant one, but the subtle lavender and stone grey is beautiful on the horizon mug. The terracotta color on the top and inside pulls it all together 🌄

The cup is great. Shipping was not. I paid for two-day shipping. Even with the weekly, Friday shipping date, the cup (which was a gift) was received 11 days after I ordered it. When I messaged Nova 4 days after the advertised Friday shipping date, I received a response 2 days later saying they understood I was excited to receive my cup and had shipped it the day they received my email requesting a status update. The cup was received 6 days after the shipping date. I’m not one to write reviews. I just don’t think I should pay extra for a service I did not receive. It could have been easily addressed if Nova would have admitted they did not ship timely and refunded the additional fee. Buy the cup. Don’t pay for 2-day shipping.

It was a gift for my daughter who just got a new espresso machine. She absolutely loved it! The colors are perfect and very true to the online image. She loves the silicone lid and grip.
