We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The cup itself is great, well made and a good size for a coffee in the car or on the go. The base is more pink than what the pictures appear where it looks more red, so that was a little disappointing but not enough to return

I am so thrilled with my new cup! I always have the problem of making myself a fresh, hot cup of coffee at home and then having to leave my house and I always wished I can just somehow take my ceramic mug with me. I never liked the taste of my coffee in the paper to-go cups. This mug is made so well, the lid fits snugly and makes for an enjoyable drinking experience. The mug is also beautiful! These cups are amazing, I bought my first one as a to-go cup, and then it became my go-to cup. Since then, I got one for my mom and another one for myself. These are lightweight, versatile, and beautifully crafted.
This mug is perfect! I love how the reactive glaze came out and the 12 oz size is *chef’s kiss* for a cup of coffee or hot cocoa. The silicone lid makes it easy to use the mug for tea, coffee, or hot cocoa since all I have to do is bake the lid on 275* until the smell is gone and it’s good as new.

This is my 4th Nova Ceramic cup. I love the cup itself, but the description is inaccurate. It states the Jupiter has red swirls, but this one is more a muddied auburn brownish and not the most attractive, especially against the white silicone. I did ask was there any way to have a black silicone lid and wrap, but never received a response one way or the other. So in short, the cup itself is great functionally and in construction, the description, at least for what I recieved, doesnt match. The other three I have purchased recently were exactly as described. Hopefully we can resolve this Jupiter issue!!!
