We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

Had a massive problem with the Delivery driver at Evri, however, when I contacted Nova Ceramics they couldn't be more helpful. A new order was sent out with DPD and my order arrived today. The mugs are absolutely stunning. To be fair the photos do not do them justice. Can't wait to use them!

I wanted to love this cup, but it looks nothing like the picture. This is brown and the picture is blues, whites, and black. I contacted the company and was told this is what I ordered and they made no efforts to make amends. I understand that glazing doesn’t look exactly the same each time, but this looks NOTHING like the picture. It makes me annoyed to even try to use it. So disappointed!
This is my absolute favorite mug. It is my go to even when I'm not traveling. But in the car it's the perfect coffee mug! No more metallic tasting coffee from metal lined mugs or spills.

The Nova cup is great for coffee, tea or other hot beverages. The silicone lid is a perfect fit, and there’s no separate gasket to clean. The sleeve keeps the heat off your hand, and provides a comfortable grip. My preference is to use the 16 oz Nova cup for coffee, and the smaller cup for wine! Just chill the “baby Nova” in the fridge and add your favorite white or rose wine. Perfecto!

I was really hoping to love this cup, but the color is not at all similar to the pictures online and is on the much darker side of things. What originally struck me most was the sharp contrast between the white and the black presented in the photo, which is what won me over when trying to find the right cup. I'm planning to regift this to a friend who I know will love it.

My mug came quickly and was wrapped very nicely to protect it. I have loved it from the moment I took it out of the box! It's beautiful. I got this mug as part of a birthday present for my brother and he absolutely loved it!! He’s a big coffee drinker and said that his current travel mug wasn’t working for him. (It’s one of the metal ones and apparently it was affecting the flavor of his coffee). Since these mugs are ceramic, he won’t have that issue. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the glaze doesn’t really have the white at the bottom like the mug in the picture. I’m sure it varies from mug to mug, I was just a little bummed that it looked so different. That being said, my brother never saw the picture and seemed really thrilled with how it looked. Would still order another one.
This cup has been a perfect addition to my morning ritual. I love the little things that make it mine and this was just the right add. While most have run to Stanley or whatever cup is out there now, I prefer this. Reminds me of the old diner cups and the regulars who had their own. Many different colors to make it your own and holds the temp just fine. Great cup
