We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The quality is fantastic, but I was a little disappointed when it arrived because the design doesn't match the product photos very closely. The glaze effect is much less pronounced than advertised. It's still a nice cup, but I expected it to look more like the image shown online.

in my opinion its the best design in the collection, i didnt really like any others, the drip design is beautiful. other than the size being a bit too small, ill totally get a couple more if they ever come in 20z or 24oz sizes. but my other cup that was 24oz broke on my after a couple years. so this is perfect just what i was looking for. microwave/dishwasher safe is great for the warmer drinks. they dont look handmade but they do look hand dipped. either way its the cup i use daily now. looking forward to new designs & sizes!

I love my ceramic cup, it is so lovely to drink from. It doesn’t keep my drink hot as long as thermal travel mugs but the drinking experience is far better so if I plan on drinking my coffee straight away and just need to take it with me this cup is perfect.

Really lovely design and great quality. The only thing I would say is that the rubber band does nothing for the heat when you’re having a panad, 🫖🏴 maybe it could be a bit thicker to stop your hands being hot. It is my favourite cup though!

I have never had a piece of ceramic so beautifully made that keeps my coffee hot right to the bottom of the cup -outstanding quality and beauty and lovely rubber rather than plastic top and heat protector. I'm buying more of these for my kids and their partners!!!!
